Growing up being Unschooled, before it was cool (we just called it being home educated back then), my family and I had many adventures around Great Britain. Living in Wales, Northern England and finally the fields of Herefordshire where I spent most of my childhood. But, we never went overseas.
Somehow or another, I was determined from the age of 14 to travel the world. Finally, I left my homeland for the first time aged 16, after being bought a flight to The Netherlands as a birthday present, and I never looked back.
From 19 I lived a semi-nomadic life in England, New Zealand, Australia, USA, Iceland, France and Turkey.
Working for a world renowned musical instrument dealer, one of the oldest businesses in Australasia, an MMA gym, a rural Icelandic guest house, managing a hostel, and Stewardessing onboard a super yacht, amongst many other things.
