Q.How does the process work?
Let's kick off our partnership with a high-impact 30-minute discovery call where I'll delve into your unique needs and tailor my approach to deliver exceptional results. To solidify our working agreement, I will send over a formal contract outlining the details of our collaboration. As soon as that first invoice is paid, I hit the ground running and bring your vision to life!
Q.I'm not sure if this type of service will work for me, how can I figure out if it is?
If you're still not sure after the 30 minute discovery call (where we discuss your needs and what I can help with), I am happy to take on a short paid task (minimum 1 hour) as a trial to see if we are a good fit for working with each other.
Q.How do I know if and when the work will be completed?
I set clear goals about task timelines during the initial process. If you have a very time sensitive project, where you may need round the clock updates, I can provide additional transparency for you to track the work being completed. This does take more labour though so is an additional cost. I really only recommend this type of project tracking if you absolutely need it.
Q.Do we have to use your preferred vendors or suppliers for tasks or projects?
Absolutely not, I am happy to work with whoever you feel will be most effective at the job. If you are unsure of who to appoint or work with, I can make suggestions accordingly. As with all of my work, I provide honesty throughout and expect this in return from our Clients. Any feedback on third party vendors should be discussed accordingly.
Q.How do we share information? Especially if it's sensitive or confidential.
I am constantly evolving my systems to ensure data is safe with the latest and most secure technology. As a minimum I am registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) for Data Protection and hold insurance for professional indemnity, public laibility and cyber liability.
Q.Do you work in person as well as remotely?
Yes! I am happy to work across the UK and internationally on projects. Additional expenses are agreed during the quotation process.
Q.What hours are you available?
As I work for multiple Clients, the hours I am immediately available for may vary. I am accustomed to working with multiple time zones. If you feel you may need particular support during particular hours, days or projects, please let me know during the discovery call and I can discuss how best to facilitate your requirements further.
Q.What happens if the project brief changes, we need to change the timeline or additional work is required?
I understand the changeable nature of the lifestyles and needs of some of our Clients. Trust, honesty and integrity is at the core of what I do. If things change, I will always do my best to accommodate whilst remaining realistic about timelines and costs. Most importantly, I will always be upfront so I can deal with the changes professionally and with minimal disruption to you.

Q.Why are your services more expensive than other Virtual Assistants?
Often my services come at no cost to my Clients. You may be wondering how I determine this. It's quite simple: my expertise and input often prevent costly mistakes, inflated project expenses, and loss of earnings for my Clients. By utilising my services and comprehensive experience, my Clients can save money and avoid potential setbacks. I am proud to be able to offer this added value to our Clients.
