About me, so far

Hello! I'm Phoebe. With a career spanning over 15 years, I bring a wealth of international experience, having worked in 6 different countries before settling back in the UK.

For the past 8 years, I have worked exclusively for Ultra High Net Worth Clients. I began as a Sole Stewardess on board a Super Yacht, which evolved to managing multi-property estates set in acres of land. Assigned titles such as Private Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant and multi-property House / Estate Manager.

I am accustomed to delivering the highest level of service and exceptional quality work to Clients who demand the very best of everything. This means I am uniquely positioned to tackle every far-reaching request that’s presented by high powered teams, individuals and businesses.

Experience with technology


An early adopter of the Mac SE computer at the age of 4, I could type before I could write and became a mid-90s internet user by the age of 7. My skills have been constantly evolving, allowing me to work with teams not only face to face but remotely.

Passionate about learning, I am constantly updating and expanding my knowledge and in the past 8 years this has included complex household management systems.

Experience with property technology


I have acted as project manager for various Clients, across several properties in multiple countries to refine and/or instate the following systems. I acted as the main point of communication between vendors and Clients. Ensuring that vendors have the necessary resources to complete the project to a high standard and that the Clients received a quality end result.

  • CCTV Systems, from camera specification, mapping and optimisation of footage reviews
  • Cisco Meraki Networks
  • Lutron Blinds and Lighting
  • Creston Home Automation
  • BMS (building management systems) - in depth knowledge of how BMS interacts with wider household systems
  • Underfloor Heating - Working with installation vendors to refine equipment and install to account for energy saving and optimum temperature
  • HVAC - Understanding the complexities of programming for optimal efficiency, based on solar gain, use and BMS interaction
